Shipping Policy
While I do my best to keep stock on all the fast moving items it could happen that an item is sold out and I am waiting for replacement stock to come in, In such a case it might take a day longer to deliver your parts to you. Delivery would take 2 to 5 days depending on stock availability and also where you stay. JHB and surrounding areas normally takes between 2 and 3 days while CPT and surrounding areas take about 3 to 5 days. Shipping waybill number will be sent after the items was boxed and ready to go. The tracking of the waybill will only start working later that day or the next day depending when it was scanned by the courier company doing the delivery. Any questions please contact me.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will only be assisted with after telephonic arrangement thereof. Also, return shipping will be at the senders cost. There will also be a handling fee charged of 20%. Refunds will be done when the part is received back in original and resalable condition and will be done via EFT that could take 2 to 3 days. Parts will only be accepted back within 5 days of sale.
No electronic parts will be accepted back. This includes sensors, sender units, Injectors, alternators, and turbos with electronic parts, etc...
